BBA-Marketing with preferable 2-3 years of experience of running a Petrol Station or in related field.

  • Responsible for Smooth & Efficient functioning of the MF Station, round the clock.
  • Responsible for the discipline and efficiency of all staff employed at the station
  • Responsible for keeping Proper Record of sales,  Parties Ledgers and Inventory on daily basis
  • Daily Cash handling of Sale and Income from Fuel Station, Allied facilities like Service Station/Kit Shop/Tyre Shop/Tuck Shop etc.
  • Daily closing of sales after completion of shifts i.e. morning and evening. 
  • All details of quantity of fuel sold and amount received from cashiers will be recorded.
  • Online submission of daily sales report along with original receipt of bank to HO AFs
  • Keep in record on daily basis including CMS reading, Electric meter reading, generator running/Diesel consumed and Kgs In-Kgs Out
  • Ensure maintenance/cleanliness of Fuel Station 
  • Ensure all staff wears proper uniform, is very polite, respectful, and courteous to all customers
  • Ensure security staff performs security duties efficiently
  • All staff must be trained to react in case of emergency and ensure that minimum loss occurs to sales and official property/equipment at the station in case of any untoward incident
