To Analyze and Authorize Panel Hospitalization, as per assigned financial authority during work hours and when on the evening duty roaster.
To Assure compliance of Health Policy before approving Panel hospitalizations.
To Issue Credit Facility Letters (CFL) and maintain their record.
To attend the Health Hotline during work hours and when on evening duty roaster.
To Escalate high value and complicated approvals with Team Lead/HoD Health. Data entry on System for hospitalization claims and the enhancement and discharge updates on the existing (on-going) hospitalizations and maintain its record. Coordinate and provide technical support for the approved or disapproved Hospitalizations to Panel Hospitals, Client’s POCs, and the AGICO Panel team, and Marketing staff for best possible medical facilitation to our clients. Any other task assigned by the Team Lead/HoD
