- To maintain and keep record in Peachtree.
- Correct preparation and posting of all kind of financial transactions.
- Follow up of salary disbursement in time.
- Vetting daily cash payment voucher, general vouchers, bank payment vouchers and checking their posting to ledgers/ computerized accounting software.
- To ensure accounts are maintained as per Company’s SOP.
- Assist Internal Auditor to conduct audit and ensure in providing required books of accounts and documents.
- Compile and submit reports and returns i.e trial balance report, aging report, bank balance report and all other finance related reports to Head Office AGL as and when required.
- Checking/vetting of Final Settlement of Accounts.
- Maintenance of books of accounts all types.
- Posting in subsidiary ledger.
- Preparation of schedules from subsidiary journal
- Maintenance of budget register.
- Entry of regional office minute sheets in budget register and point out any deviations / variance from budget.
- Keeping proper record of vouchers in proper files.
- Proper filing of all transactions, correspondence.
- Maintaining Account Books /Ledgers.
- Maintaining Imprest Account.
- Maintaining Collection Account.
- Maintaining record of Provident Fund.
- Preparation of Bank reconciliation statement on monthly basis.
- Variance Analysis of Income Statement.
- Financial Analysis of existing and new clients.
- Any other task assigned by the management in line with basic responsibilities.
