Responsibilities:
- Inform Regional Manager/Manager Operation/Operations Supervisor in case of any accident/incident, any mishaps forthwith.
- Prepare & submit occurrence report and arrange recovery/rectification immediately and effectively.
- Assists Operations Supervisor in supervising the quick reaction squad and keep it ready to tackle any emergency and move to the scene of the incident, control the situation and take all necessary actions as required.
- Keep rehearsing the procedures on daily basis to make it prompt and efficient.
- Ensure compilation, preparation and submission of daily, weekly and monthly security guards reports and returns in time and checking of its correctness.
- Maintain data base of all records.
- Assists Operations Supervisor in supervising the daily attendance and ensure correct and up to date maintenance of attendance/over time rolls, records of leaves/absent/present record of security guards on registers and computer, reconcile with individual guards.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis.
- Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
- Able to work independently and make appropriate strategic decisions.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, resources, meet deadlines and be flexible to changing priorities.
- Possess strong and influential leadership skills with proven ability to lead internal and external team members at all levels.
