Determination towards surprising our users with an awesome experience is critical to our success, and we're looking for a Community Relations Representative to dominate customer service efforts for our team. This role incorporates heavy elements of providing assistance via Emails/ticketing system to our community members.

There's minimal amount of voice communication involved and we're only looking for individuals with strong problem solving skills. Please do not apply if majority of your past experience involves data entry/cold calling or carrying out repetitive tasks.

Selected candidate will be expected to perform the following:

  • Help our community members by responding back to support issues over email.
  • Use support panel to access tools for helping out the users.
  • Test different support strategies and track results.
  • Document incidents and escalate tickets when required.
  • Be word-savvy, and strike the perfect tone when explaining a new policy to our Askers or Taskers, explaining the importance of certain complicated metrics.
