- Pakistan’s leading online skills education provider is expanding and we would like to welcome the top-notch Sales Executives in our team.
- As a Sales Executive, you will be required to do dialing to potential clients, providing them solutions and solving their problems telephonically & face to face, where needed, in addition, you will be required to hire, train and manage the Sales Team.
- As a high-performing Sales Executive, you will be required to help meet the customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative.
- You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.
- Excellent communication skills with superior people skills are a must.
- You will be presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with any complaints and doubts with rebuttals.
Responsibilities:
- Achieving growth and hit the sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Planning to ensure achievement of team and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
- Manage, develop, coach, control, and motivate the sales representatives to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
- Provide on-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Ensuring you are meeting your KPIs & helping achieve team’s collective KPIs
- Any other task assigned by the line manager
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven & impressive sales experience
- Portfolio of targets, KPIs achieved
- Familiarity with web publications
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Hands-on experience with customer satisfaction, online & offline industries
- Ability to meet deadlines
- BA, BSc, or related field
