- Your main goal will be to create a supportive learning environment that will help your students meet their learning goals.
- Through interesting and diverse methods, you’ll teach them the important rules of speaking in English.
- You’ll oversee their progress by tracking their assignments and weekly exercises.
- To be successful as an Online ESL Teacher, you should be patient and attentive to students' needs.
- The ideal candidate will possess the ability to encourage interaction among students to facilitate learning.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, preparing and delivering lessons to a range of online classes and age groups
- Preparing and setting spoken English assignments & exercises
- Identify students with special requirements and create individualized plans
- Marking and providing appropriate feedback on oral and written work
- Devising, writing, and producing new materials, including audio and visual resources
- Attending and contributing to training sessions
- Participating in marketing events for the language school
- Preparing information for quality assurance exercises
Requirements:
- The candidate must have excellent communication and initiative.
- Active and Smart Candidates Preferred.
- Well-versed with conversation.
- Good Experience in Spoken English and Conversation
- TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent.
- BA / MA English Literature
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- Own laptop or desktop computer fitted with an HD capable webcam.
