  • Through interesting and diverse methods, you’ll teach them the important rules of speaking in English.
  • You’ll oversee their progress by tracking their assignments and weekly exercises.
  • To be successful as an Online ESL Teacher, you should be patient and attentive to students' needs.
  • The ideal candidate will possess the ability to encourage interaction among students to facilitate learning.

Responsibilities:

  •  Planning, preparing and delivering lessons to a range of online classes and age groups
  •  Preparing and setting spoken English assignments & exercises
  • Identify students with special requirements and create individualized plans
  •  Marking and providing appropriate feedback on oral and written work
  • Devising, writing, and producing new materials, including audio and visual resources
  • Attending and contributing to training sessions
  • Participating in marketing events for the language school
  • Preparing information for quality assurance exercises

Requirements:

  • The candidate must have excellent communication and initiative.
  • Active and Smart Candidates Preferred.
  • Well-versed with conversation.
  • Good Experience in Spoken English and Conversation
  • TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent.
  • BA / MA English Literature
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Own laptop or desktop computer fitted with an HD capable webcam.
