Initiative Brief:
We are in search of an experienced individual who can maintain our Facebook and Instagram Page. This role is responsible for ensuring that our content is timely and accurate and for developing and maintaining a Social Media Management Framework that can be used to continuously improve the content of our social media pages, and satisfying the queries of our customers.
Requirements and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Work Experience.
· You must have the experience of Social Media strategies, content, and usage.
· Knowledge of call center operations is a plus point.
· Experience leading and developing technical/customer service teams.
· Excellent grip on English.
· Can manage and handle Telephonic calls.
· The accent of speaking English should be fantastic.
· Manage Social Media Community Support team members and provide customer support.
· Oversee the moderation and curation of the customer community.
· This job is for highly enthusiastic males and females.
Responsibilities:
· A candidate should possess excellent English and Communication Skills.
· A candidate should manage both social media pages of Instagram and Facebook.
· A candidate should have excellent hands-on English writing, spoken, and in one-to-one and one-to-many settings.
· A candidate should resolve all the queries of the customers and provide them the best possible support they need.
· A candidate should be able to make sales by getting in touch with people appearing in our chatbox.
· A candidate should and must make sure that our pages are up to date and the content is delivered to the clients on a regular basis.
· A candidate should be operationally minded and customer-centric.
· A candidate is capable of working with our team.
· Candidate love learning a product inside and out, and educating customers on exciting new features and industry best practices
