Duties and Responsibilities:
- Making sure everyone is aligned with his duties and company, SOP's are followed.
- Staff and drivers salary making and record keeping. Stock registers and stock record
- Daily stock levels checking and recording gain / loss. Stock registers maintaining recording in/out entries.
- Maintaining the product storage tanks, regularly checking for and leakage
- Managing the procedure of product loading and decanting in Depot and Making sure the loading/ decanting SOP's are followed
Ensuring the health and safety of all employees.
Implementing the HSSE rules according PSO and company SOP's. Regularly training employees and drivers regarding the Health and safety while maintaining flammable products
Skills Required
- Computer Knowledge and MS OFFICE
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of Computer software Handling.
