Supporting infrastructure that drives automation, process improvement, and stability across all platforms and applications. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to learn innovative technologies, understand practices like DevOps, and practice implementing solutions by adopting industry best practices. You will help us find new ways to make our processes more efficient and consistent. Research and develop “proof of concepts” to help solve existing business and technical problems.
This is a REMOTE work from home WFH position.
Excellent ENGLISH skills are a must for this job.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Build and support cloud infrastructure, monitor logs, and alerts.
- Work with and improve CI/CD workflows Requirements
- Help develop a library of scripts to automate cloud environments.
- Document and present solution designs to supervisors and other members of the team.
- Aid developers and DevOps teams with implementing automation scripts that follow the MSI standards.
- Support of Windows, Microsoft 365.
- Deploy, support, and secure endpoint devices in a distributed network.
- Document process and procedures for IT and non-IT staff.
- Complete projects and other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities Requirements:
- An interest in learning Cloud infrastructure.
- Personal research, academic learning, or hands-on exposure to Azure, more specifically an understanding of Azure Cloud services
- Passion for problem-solving and analysis.
- Perseverance to drive a hard problem to the conclusion under supervised guidance.
- Understanding of DevOps methodology and Life cycle.
- Experience with DevOps tools e.g. Azure DevOps, Visual Studio.
- Academic or hands-on experience with one or more scripting/programming languages, including but not limited to PowerShell, C#, .Net, SQL.
- Troubleshooting skills for Outlook, Teams, Excel, and various Office plugins.
- Obtain Microsoft certification in the one or both of the following within 12 months:
- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
- Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
