- Ability to manage small development teams and execute multiple projects.
- Ability to closely estimating time required to complete development efforts, adhering to the development plans and anticipating changes to a product specification or schedule as they become necessary during a development cycle.
- Designing and developing applications on the Force.com platform.
- Developing and implementing new functionalities, changes, and customization on salesforce.com applications.
- Assisting in the process of turning business requirements into design specifications.
- Communicating and mentoring other members of the development team.
- Communicating with the customers to get requirements and suggest possible solutions.
- Experience with one or more of salesforce clouds (sales cloud, service cloud, marketing cloud etc.).
