Our organization needs skillful and language proficient sales representative for our commercial and residential projects in Bahria Enclave and Bahria Town.
The Individual should have at least two year of working experience in the respective field.
The individual should be courteous and professional in taking calls and face to face client handling.
Responsibilities
· Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
· Understand customer needs and requirements.
· Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
· Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
· Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
Requirements
· Proven inside sales experience.
· Track record of over-achieving targets.
· Strong phone presence and experience taking dozens of calls per day.
· Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong listening and presentation skills.
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
· Minimum One Year sales experience.
· BA/BS degree or equivalent.
Base Salary: Rs. 50000 + Commission + Mobile Allowance
