• Help in identifying the potential projects in the area & support in concept note development to diversify the livelihood options by introducing activities which add value to the traditional products and technologies.
  • Contribute and influence in the development of food security and livelihood program strategies.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and event report (s) of the project for management as per given guidelines and templates.
  • Accountable for project proper planning and quality implementation as per implementation plan with no delays.
  • Ensure progress sharing with line management on regular basis and with other staff in Program planning meeting.
  • Responsible for budget utilization of the project having negligible under/overspending within the project budget.
  • Developing criteria, assessment tools & finalize it after proper consultation with line management
  • Ongoing monitoring of all interventions on regular basis & sharing timely feedback with line management.
  • Ensure timely rectification of gaps/grey areas identified either by M & A officer in monitoring field visit or by others for compliance.
  • Accountable for impact based interventions to get project goal in its true essence and gauge impacts of all interventions & share reports with management and all other concerned
  • Identify resource persons for capacity building component under livelihoods on need base.
  • Identify and avoid overlaps and duplication of grants/project activities and will act as steward of organizational resources during implementation.
  • Advise the field teams on best practices and approaches on sustainable livelihoods and ensure effective implementation.
  • Create and maintain good relations with local communities, line agencies, NGOs and INGOs for better implementation, ownership of relevant departments and sustainability of the project interventions in future.
  • Responsible to resolve conflicts/issues among the communities regarding project interventions through strong mobilization and community engagement keeping in mind neutrality and impartiality.
  • Team building and team management need to be ensured at field and office level and team work through participation and contribution in team building exercises and relevant events.
  • Coordination with all internal program and support departments and ensure policy compliance in procurement and other project related interventions.
  • Ready to contribute on volunteer basis as tasks assigned by supervisor particularly in seasonal programs and any other task assigned by supervisor.
  • Thorughly understand and uphold the principles of Safegaurding and Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA)
