Our client, a leading company in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, is looking for a motivated and creative Assistant Brand Manager to join their team based in Karachi (DHA). This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about brand building, consumer engagement, and marketing strategy execution in a competitive market. The successful candidate will work closely with the Brand Manager to implement marketing plans, analyze market trends, and enhance brand visibility to effectively connect with consumers.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing brand strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives. Plan and implement marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, trade, Above The Line (ATL), and Below The Line (BTL) activities. Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to support informed strategic decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, trade marketing, supply chain, and external design agencies to facilitate brand activations and product launches. Track and analyze brand performance metrics including market share, sales figures, return on investment (ROI), and consumer feedback. Support initiatives related to packaging development, product innovation, and brand communication. Ensure consistent brand messaging and presentation across all customer touchpoints.

Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is essential. Candidates should have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry; internships will also be considered. Strong analytical skills combined with excellent communication and project management abilities are required. A creative mindset with the capability to translate ideas into effective marketing campaigns is important. Proficiency in MS Office is necessary, and familiarity with digital marketing tools will be considered an advantage.
