The Assistant HR Manager will support the HR Manager in managing daily human resources activities, ensuring smooth operations across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and policy enforcement. This role requires a professional who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive matters with discretion. The successful candidate will contribute to fostering a positive work environment while maintaining adherence to company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating new hire orientations.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Support the implementation and consistent enforcement of HR policies and procedures throughout the company.
- Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Organize training and development programs based on departmental requirements.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and disciplinary records, ensuring clear communication and adherence to policies.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR matters professionally and confidentially.
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and support employee evaluations.
- Conduct exit interviews and help process final settlements for departing employees.
- Contribute to payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance and leave data.
- Stay updated on labor laws and HR best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
- 0–1 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR functions and labor legislation.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems (HRMS).
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.

Preferred Qualifications
- Skills in conflict resolution and negotiation.
- Familiarity with HR software and databases.
- Experience in payroll processing or collaboration with finance teams.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulatory requirements.
