The Assistant Manager – Finance will support the Finance Manager in overseeing the institution’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This role demands a detail-oriented professional who ensures accuracy and compliance with financial policies while contributing to the organization’s overall financial health. The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments to promote cost control and enhance financial efficiency, playing a vital role in the institution’s financial planning and management.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to provide clear insights into the institution’s financial status. Assist in the development and management of budgets and financial forecasts to support strategic planning efforts. Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with established financial policies. Coordinate internal and external audits, facilitating smooth audit processes and timely resolution of any issues. Support broader financial planning activities to align with organizational goals. Collaborate with internal departments to implement cost control measures and improve financial efficiency.

Required Qualifications
Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software to effectively manage and streamline financial processes. Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting. Excellent analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights. Well-developed organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.

This is a full-time, on-site position offering a monthly compensation range of Rs120,000 to Rs160,000.
