AAT is seeking a suitably qualified high performing professional to join our Accounting outsourcing services. You will be involved in providing Accounting, Bookkeeping and Reporting services to our portfolio of clients. You will be responsible to maintain the books of accounts of the client businesses as per the agreed scope of work.
The position reports to Partner and will have direct responsibility as follows:
· Capable to maintain the complete books of accounts of the client as per the agreed scope, with minimal supervision.
· Manage month-end P&L closing process (including validating FX gains, marking to market, etc).
· Identify and report exceptions observed.
· Have practical knowledge and experience in application of IFRS.
· Capable to prepare various management reports and analysis.
· Capable of preparing the complete set of statutory financial statements.
· Having a prior experience of using a reputable Accounting Software.
· Possess strong communication skills.
· Achieve team and individual budgets and business plan/ performance objectives.
· Maintain the highest technical and professional standards.
· Think strategically about client needs by understanding their business and key risks.
· Addresses situation before they come crises and develops solutions to avoid recurrence.
· Providing additional help and guidance to clients, where required.
· Participate in the development of ways to meet client needs and contributes to proposal delivery.
Requirements
· At least CA part qualified
· Articles completed from a reputable firm
· At least 2 years of Industry experience in Finance & Accounting function
· Team player with having strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Possession of strong analytical skills and Excel expertise (preparation of analysis and reports). Candidate having strong experience of working on Power Point will be preferred
