Key Responsibilities

- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, providing regular updates to supervisors and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with database management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to prioritize workload effectively and meet deadlines consistently.
- A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
