We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Finance to join a well-established healthcare organization located in Karachi. The successful candidate will have between 5 to 7 years of experience and will be instrumental in supporting the company’s financial operations. This is a full-time role with working hours from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, based onsite at the Main Super Highway location. The role demands close collaboration with the finance team to ensure smooth financial processes and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the financial operations of the organization, including preparing reports and assisting with budgeting activities.
- Assist in financial forecasting and variance analysis to help maintain accurate financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
- Work closely with the Finance Manager to monitor and improve the company’s financial health and performance.
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is mandatory.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience specifically in accounts payable functions.
- Demonstrated experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- A Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline will be considered an advantage.
- Candidates with at least 3 years of experience in reporting, budgeting, and forecasting will be prioritized.
- The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs80,000 to Rs100,000.
- This role requires onsite presence, facilitating direct interaction and collaboration with the finance team and other departments.
