We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to oversee the Goods Received Note (GRN) process and support daily warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately recording and verifying incoming stock, ensuring compliance with company procedures, and maintaining effective communication with suppliers and internal teams. This role demands strong organizational skills and experience with inventory management systems to help maintain smooth warehouse functioning and inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue GRNs for all received goods following company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Verify the quantities, quality, and condition of incoming stock against purchase orders and supplier invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Record and update all GRN entries promptly and accurately in the ERP or Inventory Management System.
- Report discrepancies such as shortages, damages, or incorrect items to the Procurement and Warehouse Supervisors for timely resolution.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding returns, replacements, and follow-up on pending deliveries to maintain supply chain efficiency.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of GRNs, receiving documents, and supplier invoices for audit and record-keeping purposes.
- Assist in stock audits and support accurate inventory reconciliation to uphold inventory integrity.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and warehouse SOPs to maintain operational standards.
- Provide support to the warehouse team during unloading activities as needed to facilitate smooth operations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in GRN processing, warehouse, or inventory roles; retail industry experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of stock receiving procedures and related documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems for efficient data management.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent follow-up skills to manage discrepancies and supplier coordination effectively.

Additional Information
This is a full-time position based in Karachi, requiring on-site presence to ensure hands-on management of warehouse activities. Candidates must reliably commute or plan to relocate prior to starting work. The salary range for this role is Rs60,000 to Rs90,000 per month.
