  • Recruitment, including interviewing, shortlisting and hiring candidates
  • Building and managing a new team from scratch
  • Maintain recruitment-related documentation and records.
  • Providing counseling on policies and procedures
  • Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
