Job Description

The Assistant Manager HR (Recruitment & Operations) will report to the HOD HR with the mission to make the company a premier destination for top talent in our industry.

The Assistant Manager HR is responsible for areas of recruiting, employee relations, benefits, grievance handling, compensation, and other employee tasks.

  • Assisting HOD in providing professional advice and guidance on all employee relation issues to managers (including disciplinary, grievance handling, absence, redundancy, communication, and performance management).
  • Assist in the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and initiatives as appropriate and to contribute to the development of the HR function to meet organizational needs.
  • Assist in employee headcount forecasting in line with Business Growth Plan and Attrition Rate.
  • Assist the manager to review, benchmark and implement best practices from the industry
  • Assist HOD in performance evaluation system upon confirmation, annually and as required.
  • Assisting HOD in disciplinary process activities and conduct inquiries where required.
  • Carrying out separation procedure and exit interviews.
  • Effective coordination and communication with concerned Managers.
  • Update Employees Database including staff details, attendance and overtime matters.
  • Update job descriptions of existing employees and develop JDs for new assignments
  • Carrying out recruitment and selection cycle and assisting HOD in all the activities.
  • Schedules interviews & coordination with panelists for evaluations.
  • Advertising, attracting and screening candidates through different sourcing channels.
  • Complete on boarding paperwork efficiently and issue contracts to successful candidates.
  • Responding to internal and external queries via calls and emails.
  • Execute final settlements cases of leavers.
  • Process resignation cases & conducts exit interviews of leavers.
  • Processes cases of probation and confirmation.
  • Issue leaves notifications and public holiday announcements.
  • Ensure record keeping & maintenance of employee and applicant’s database.
  • Coordinate and work with HR operations team to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Work with HR territory representatives and city heads to complete hiring needs and resource requirements on different locations.
  • Generating different type of recruitment & HR reports as and when required by Head of HR.
  • Issues various certificates (experience letters, Bank Account opening letters, employment certificates, NOCs).
  • Any other task assigned by the management.
