The goal will be to provide comprehensive, accurate and timely service to Head HR, and the Senior Management.

  • Oversee all HR functions including Recruitment and Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Training and Development, Performance Management, Organizational development, HR systems, Policy and Procedures implementation etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process by identifying staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management.
  • Oversee and manage performance appraisal system to drives high performance.
  • Manage the activities of Compensation and Benefits and ensure that all activities are carried in compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Supporting employee opportunities for professional development.
  • Develop and implement cost reduction automation of HR related matters in system.
  • Developing and implementing HR Policies & Procedures and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Strong and regular communication with supervisors of different department for employees related issues.
  • Monitor key HR metrics and keep the management up to date on the market practices.
  • Do market research on pay package, benefits, perks etc.
  • Resolve conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Conduct exit interviews of staff.
