Terms of Reference:
- Assist in developing quantitative and qualitative research studies of the organization.
- Preparing any research related communication materials (briefs, presentations, etc.).
- Assist in preparing TORs and research briefs for the commissioning of research work.
- Coordinate and assist in preparing discussion guides, questionnaires and all other research related activities.
- Carry out field visits to physically monitor research activities/progress, as and when required.
- Assist in producing insightful research reports with sophisticated and actionable recommendations to support policy decision-making.
- Assist in developing and monitoring as well as inspection and evaluation of procedures for all research activities.
- Assist in analyzing and interpreting data, performing data analysis and writing research reports.
- Record keeping of all the previous researches conducted by the organisation
- Assist in all relevant tasks as delegated by line manager or senior management.
Pre-Requisites Skill Set
- MSc/BSc in Political Science, International Relations, Public Policy or a relevant field (essential)
- Good writing and reporting skills, both in English and Urdu (essential)
- 3+ years of experience in quantitative and qualitative research study planning, implementation and management (essential)
- 3+ years of experience conducting research and analysis in the fields of conflict resolution and peace building (essential)
- Experience in project documentation and management in research projects (desirable)
- Good hands on knowledge of MS Office (desirable)
