Morgan Group, a leading provider of products and technical support to the pharmaceutical industry, is looking for motivated and relationship-driven Sales & Business Development Managers or Assistant Managers. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across pharmaceutical, life sciences, and chemical industries.
- Manage the full business development cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to guide strategic decisions.
- Conduct client meetings, deliver product presentations, and perform consistent follow-ups to boost sales growth.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in PharmD, Applied Chemistry, or a related Science discipline.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in R&D laboratories or product development is considered an advantage.
- This is a full-time, in-person position based in Karachi.
- Candidates must be willing to make daily customer visits as part of their responsibilities.
- The role offers a starting salary of Rs75,000 per month.
