We are looking for an Assistant Manager, Supply to join our Logistics Domain, where you will play a crucial role in expanding our rider network and ensuring seamless operational flow.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for city-based riders by developing and maintaining effective rider acquisition channels. Oversee the onboarding process, including conducting comprehensive training sessions and ensuring all riders adhere to communication and compliance standards. Maintain consistent communication with riders, promptly addressing their queries and escalating issues to the appropriate departments. Take charge of rider inventory management by optimizing and supervising inventory movement to guarantee efficient disbursement. Conduct regular rider engagement sessions aimed at boosting motivation and resolving concerns in a timely manner. Lead additional fleet-management projects in collaboration with other business units to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to drive key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.

Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Logistics or a related discipline, is essential. Candidates should have a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant professional experience. A strong bias for action and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are critical. The role demands a process-oriented mindset combined with excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communication and presentation abilities are necessary to effectively engage with riders and internal teams.
