Nestlé is looking for an Assistant Manager Talent to join their Sheikhupura Factory in Pakistan on a full-time, permanent basis. This role plays a crucial part in managing recruitment, training, coaching, and leadership development at the site level. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the Education & Training Master Plan, updating training methodologies, and ensuring the effective implementation of talent and succession strategies. The primary objective is to develop and retain talent that provides a competitive edge to the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Align and implement people strategies that enhance employee contributions, addressing both immediate and future business needs. Support key Nestlé initiatives such as Leadership Principles and Organizational Alignment.
- Promote an open, empowering, and equitable culture by ensuring flawless execution of Organizational Development initiatives.
- Serve as a catalyst for change by challenging existing structures and proposing alternative solutions to improve business performance and facilitate smooth organizational transitions.
- Coach line managers on core people processes to foster a culture aligned with Nestlé’s goals.
- Ensure the Performance Management system effectively links individual objectives with company goals, recognizing high performers and managing underperformance appropriately.
- Drive talent management practices aimed at enhancing overall organizational performance.
- Contribute to training and coaching plans by delivering leadership development knowledge across various functional units. Conduct competency assessments to ensure effective knowledge sharing and methodology application.
- Optimize recruitment processes for efficiency and compliance, ensuring strong Talent Acquisition capabilities.
- Manage the Nestlé Employer Brand to maintain a consistent candidate experience and broaden the talent pool through diverse sourcing channels.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or Organizational Psychology, from an HEC-recognized institution.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in talent management, organizational development, learning, or business partnership roles.
- Proactive and adaptable mindset with the ability to respond swiftly to changing market demands. Continuously update workforce planning and retention strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Strong communication skills to engage internal employees effectively by conveying the company’s values, culture, career growth opportunities, and employee benefits during career discussions.
- Experience working within matrix-structured organizations involving multiple divisions, business groups, or categories.
- Proven ability to build trust and rapport with line managers, HR teams, and other internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector is considered an advantage.
