- Responsible for troubleshooting of computers, servers, network equipment and office software etc.
- Responsible for the maintenance of application software and hardware as well as the installation, debugging, maintenance and upgrade of office software etc.
- Installation of different Operating systems and network equipment & maintenance of computers/servers
- Installation and troubleshooting of different hardware
- Installation and maintenance of network equipment, Printers, modems and laptops etc.
- Installation of various tele/data communication equipment
- Responsible for all network equipment like, switches, Routers, wifi and access control machines and troubleshooting etc.
- Taking daily/weekly Back Ups of servers
- Dealing with vendors for repair & maint. of all comp equipment
- Dealing with vendors for customize software and reports etc.
