We are looking for a motivated and well-presented Assistant Office Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily office operations and perform general administrative duties
- Manage incoming and outgoing official documents, ensuring accurate record-keeping
- Coordinate with staff and various departments to maintain seamless workflow
- Handle bank-related tasks and represent the office during external assignments
- Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and basic office management responsibilities
- Support management in operational and organizational activities
Required Qualifications:
- Attractive and confident personality with excellent communication skills
- Strong management and coordination abilities, with a focus on timely follow-up
- Ability to handle external tasks such as bank visits, market errands, and official work
- Minimum educational qualification: Intermediate; Bachelor’s degree preferred
