We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Amazon Ads PPC Specialist with at least one year of experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns within an agency environment. In this role, you will work closely under the guidance of a Senior PPC Manager as part of a high-performance POD structure. Your primary focus will be on executing campaigns, supporting client growth, and driving performance improvements. Key Responsibilities
Support the PPC Manager in the execution and daily optimization of Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products (SP), Sponsored Brands (SB), and Sponsored Brand Videos (SBV). Assist in launching, scaling, and optimizing product launches with a strong emphasis on profitability and organic ranking growth. Maintain and improve Advertising Cost of Sales (ACOS) and Total Advertising Cost of Sales (TACOS) targets by adapting strategies to work effectively within limited budgets. Apply a comprehensive understanding of organic ranking, listing quality, and the synergy between paid media and organic growth. Conduct keyword research, bid adjustments, campaign structuring, and A/B testing to enhance campaign performance. Stay current with automation platforms and internal tools to improve optimization and operational efficiency. Report campaign performance regularly, highlighting key insights and growth opportunities to the PPC Manager. Demonstrate responsiveness, proactivity, and a strong commitment to team goals.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of one year of experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns in an agency setting is essential. You should have a solid understanding of Amazon’s organic versus paid ranking mechanics and proven experience launching new products and scaling them using PPC strategies. Strong knowledge of all Amazon campaign types, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Brand Videos, auto, and manual campaigns, is required. The ability to work effectively with limited budgets, achieve performance goals, and make strategic decisions is critical. We are looking for someone with a friendly, hardworking, and coachable attitude, who is willing to grow professionally. Comfort working remotely in fast-paced teams with high accountability is also necessary.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This role offers a competitive base salary of $400 USD per month (gross, fixed). You will be eligible for a quarterly performance bonus, which is a 20% revenue-based bonus pool distributed every three months if quarterly KPIs are met. Performance metrics and KPIs are reviewed every 30 days, with bonus payouts aligned to each quarter. The position allows you to work remotely with a dynamic, growing team supporting international Amazon brands.
