We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager (Male) to join our Peshawar office. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the medical equipment or healthcare sector. This role will focus on promoting and expanding the sales of electro-medical equipment in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare institutions, doctors, and procurement teams.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s client base.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to implement growth initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and provide feedback for product positioning and business development.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate client records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales (medical equipment sales experience will be an advantage).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
