The Assistant to the CEO provides essential high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, ensuring efficient management of daily operations. This role requires handling complex schedules, coordinating meetings, and facilitating smooth communication between the CEO, internal teams, and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational skills, maintain strict confidentiality, and demonstrate discretion when managing sensitive information. Strong multitasking abilities and effective communication are vital to support the CEO’s priorities and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support:
Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling appointments and arranging travel. Screen and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence to guarantee timely and appropriate responses. Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and executive summaries as needed. Accurately record meeting minutes and ensure follow-up on action items to completion.

Communication & Coordination:
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments as well as external partners. Draft, review, and edit emails, memos, and official documents to uphold professional communication standards. Facilitate clear and effective communication across departments on behalf of the CEO to support organizational objectives.

Project & Task Management:
Support strategic projects by tracking progress and providing regular updates. Conduct research and deliver insights to aid business initiatives and decision-making processes. Organize and coordinate special projects, ensuring deadlines and goals are consistently met.

Meeting & Event Management:
Schedule and coordinate leadership meetings, board meetings, and conferences. Prepare agendas, presentations, and all necessary supporting materials for these events. Oversee the smooth execution of executive events and engagements, managing logistics and follow-up activities.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is essential. Candidates should have a minimum of three years’ experience in an executive assistant or similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills are required, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. High levels of discretion, professionalism, and problem-solving skills are critical. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools is necessary. The ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines is also important.

This full-time, on-site position offers a competitive salary range of Rs50,000 to Rs90,000 per month. It presents an excellent opportunity for a committed professional to work closely with senior leadership and make a meaningful impact through effective administrative and project support.
