Assistant to Director Sales

We are looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing professional to join our team based in Lahore Kahna Nau. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and a solid understanding of sales processes, marketing strategies, and customer relationship management. This role requires managing customer deliveries, coordinating with multiple departments, handling social media platforms, and actively participating in prospecting and sales activities. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage timely deliveries to customers, ensuring smooth logistics and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct prospecting activities, including daily cold calling and engaging with potential clients through social media platforms to generate new leads.
- Coordinate efficiently with Imports, Accounts, and Marketing departments to ensure seamless operational flow.
- Oversee the movement of products, inventory, and parts from stores to customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain comprehensive records of logistics vendors and cargo service providers for future reference and operational efficiency.
- Collect and document customer feedback related to material delivery to identify areas for service improvement.
- Prepare and send accurate quotations to customers promptly, supporting sales efforts and customer engagement.

Required Qualifications:
- MBA, M.COM, or BBA degree from a recognized institution.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing roles, with a preference for female candidates.
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, including order processing, sales calls, and sales recoveries.
- Proficient in using social media platforms for marketing purposes and lead generation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and internal teams effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Candidates must be able to reliably commute to or plan to relocate to Lahore Kahna Nau prior to starting employment.
- This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore Kahna Nau, requiring physical presence during working hours.
- The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs45,000 to Rs60,000.
