An Associate DevOps at Jazz is an entry-level position based in Islamabad, playing a crucial role in supporting the execution, integration, and governance of the company’s digital and legacy campaigns within the MS team. This role ensures that campaigns align with the strategic vision by managing and monitoring activities through the Campaign Management System (CMS) platform. The Associate DevOps is responsible for conducting detailed pre- and post-campaign analyses to measure effectiveness and impact. Acting as a bridge between technology and business, the role contributes to GSM base management and supports strategies focused on churn management, subscriber engagement, revenue growth, and lifecycle enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and schedule campaigns efficiently across both digital and traditional platforms.
- Monitor system health and performance to maintain smooth and uninterrupted operations.
- Perform comprehensive pre- and post-campaign analysis to evaluate campaign outcomes and effectiveness.
- Develop automated dashboards and visibility tools to provide real-time insights into campaign performance.
- Create automated alerts to quickly identify and resolve issues or anomalies within the system.
- Identify opportunities where CVM DevOps can support and enhance business objectives and goals.
- Manage the CMS platform for campaign execution, new developments, and ongoing operational activities.
- Ensure the achievement of CVM targets related to revenue generation, churn reduction, 4G adoption, and other key performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in Telecom CVM, Fintech, or similar industries.
- Practical experience working with Campaign Management Systems (CMS).
- Strong background in business analytics within commercial or technical environments.
- Proficiency in SQL Server, SSIS, MS Office, Teradata, and Evam CMS tool.
