Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategy, development, and delivery of digital products within Funds Management as part of the Enterprise and Digital team. You will manage a portfolio of solutions designed to enhance fund administration workflows, investor lifecycle management, and supplier engagement. Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with business goals while anticipating industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Identify opportunities for digital transformation that deliver measurable value.

Oversee a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer focus. Work closely with senior leadership to translate strategic objectives into effective digital solutions. Champion Agile delivery methodologies and promote the integration of AI, machine learning, and automation to optimize workflows. Ensure all products comply with regulatory and security standards, drive user adoption through change management, and manage the digital solutions budget. Act as a digital advocate by educating stakeholders and guiding them through transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
Over 15 years of experience in product management or technology leadership, including at least 8 years within private markets, investment management, or financial services.
Proven success in managing and scaling digital product portfolios for complex, data-driven organizations, particularly in private markets or related sectors.
Hands-on experience applying AI and machine learning for financial analysis and predictive modeling.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Deep understanding of private market workflows such as deal origination, due diligence, portfolio management, and exit strategies, with the ability to align digital initiatives with broader business objectives.
Strong influence and consensus-building skills across diverse stakeholders including C-suite executives, investors, and portfolio companies. Excellent public speaking and presentation skills for both internal and external audiences.
Familiarity with private markets technology platforms (e.g., iLevel, eFront, Investran), CRM systems, cloud-based architectures, APIs, and integration strategies.
Expertise in product lifecycle management and Agile development, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple products and teams simultaneously.
Empathy for investors, portfolio managers, and internal teams, demonstrated by creating user-friendly, high-value digital solutions.
Ability to drive change and delivery in complex organizations, navigating multiple stakeholder groups to ensure seamless execution and consistent progress.
