We are seeking a curious and passionate Associate Gamification Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will focus on researching and designing innovative gamification concepts, user acquisition strategies, and engagement campaigns for a variety of brands. Your work will involve creating interactive products such as Spin-the-Wheel, quizzes, leaderboards, and loyalty programs that drive business growth, increase footfall, and enhance user engagement across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and implement gamification products and interactive games tailored to the specific needs of different brands and sectors.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in games, gamification, and engagement solutions to consistently introduce fresh and innovative ideas.
- Analyze user behavior, motivation, and engagement patterns to develop strategies that deepen user interaction and retention.
- Design creative gamification concepts including Spin-the-Wheel, quizzes, and reward-based systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to apply research insights effectively.
- Propose innovative solutions aligned with brand goals such as user acquisition, engagement, and retention, ensuring these strategies support overall business objectives.
- Assist in preparing presentations, pitches, and internal strategy discussions to clearly communicate insights and recommendations for each brand.
- Continuously explore and test new gamification products and engagement models across different client industries.
- Evaluate and recommend the most appropriate gamification solutions based on product type, business category, and target audience.
- Design customized prize and reward mechanisms for selected gamification initiatives to maximize user engagement and conversion rates.

Required Qualifications

- Fresh graduate or up to one year of experience in a related field.
- Basic understanding of gamification principles, engagement strategies, and interactive user experiences.
- Ability to translate insights into actionable and innovative strategies and solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment managing multiple brands simultaneously.
- Strong eagerness to learn about gamification frameworks, engagement design, and analytics.
- Good communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Knowledge of Game Design, Game Psychology, Behavioral Science, Cognitive Science, or related disciplines is desirable.
- This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive salary range of Rs65,000 to Rs85,000 per month.
- The role provides an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in gamification and engagement strategies while contributing to the success of multiple brands across various industries.
