Key Responsibilities
Assist the Project Team by conducting literature reviews and evaluating educational resources relevant to project activities. Provide management support to Principal Investigators (PIs) in planning, implementing, and monitoring all aspects of the project. Offer administrative assistance in organizing meetings and coordinating logistics to ensure smooth project execution. Collaborate closely with the project team to facilitate timely completion of tasks and support PIs with necessary arrangements and documentation. Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive project documentation and keep records of all reference materials used throughout the project. Conduct data collection, analysis, transcription, and data entry as required. Actively participate in project team meetings and respond promptly to related correspondence. Perform any additional duties assigned by the PIs to support project objectives.

Required Qualifications
A completed undergraduate degree (Bachelor’s), preferably in health or education fields. Demonstrated experience in conducting systematic reviews and qualitative research is essential. Academic and/or professional background in systematic reviews, qualitative research methodologies, and report writing is required. Proficiency in videoconferencing platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams is necessary for effective communication and coordination. A solid understanding of early child development and learning, with the ability to apply this knowledge to evidence-based interventions, is important. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Urdu and English are required. Excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills are essential to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to coordinate and assist with administrative duties effectively. Good interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment are expected.
