We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Associate Reporting Analyst to join our Customer Experience team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to support informed business decisions and drive process improvements. This position demands strong analytical capabilities, proficiency with data tools, and the ability to clearly communicate insights to various teams across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and consolidate data from multiple sources such as databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and reconciliations.
- Perform statistical analysis and data mining to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations that support business strategies.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and data-driven research to address specific business challenges and questions.
- Develop and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and scorecards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other critical business metrics.
- Present findings and actionable recommendations clearly to stakeholders including managers, executives, and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement automation and improve efficiency in reporting processes.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance data quality and reporting standards to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for various projects, communicating complex analysis results in a clear and concise manner.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Internet and ISP workflows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
- Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and visualization techniques.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to consistently meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
