Associated Technologies Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join its finance team. This position plays a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing financial statements in compliance with accounting principles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting practices, familiarity with ERP systems like QuickBooks and Oracle, and robust analytical skills. This role requires a candidate who can work independently and ensure the companys financial documentation is audit-ready at all times.
The Accounts Executive will contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities, perform bank and account reconciliations, and coordinate financial matters across internal departments. While this role does not involve managing a team, it demands accountability and a collaborative approach to support the companys financial integrity and reporting accuracy. Candidates with a accounting qualification such as CA, ACCA, ICMA (part qualified or completed) and relevant experience will find this opportunity highly rewarding.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and bookkeeping for the organization.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and statements adhering to current accounting standards.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently and timely.
- Perform thorough bank and account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Process invoices, payments, and vouchers with attention to detail and compliance requirements.
- Assist in the preparation and closing of month-end and year-end financial activities.
- Maintain and organize audit-ready financial documentation to support internal and external audits.
- Coordinate financial operations and information flow with various internal departments.
- Ensure compliance with all accounting policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Utilize ERP systems such as QuickBooks and Oracle to enter and manage financial data.
- Apply strong Excel skills to analyze financial data and generate detailed reports.
- Continuously monitor financial processes to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
- Support the finance team through accurate data entry, problem identification, and resolution.
- Adhere to company policies and ethical standards in all financial transactions.
