Ensure smooth operation of Burners with automations & controls for production operations by maintaining Safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the Burner with complete automation and controls
- Follow safety checklist & ensure compliance of Burner Safety guidelines
- Follow laid down procedures for burner start up / shutdown.
- Maintain Daily checklist and log book related to Burner safety record.
- Have close eye of burner safety and take corrective measures to avoid accident.
- Maintain cleaning of relevant area & maintain it.
- Ensure safety guidelines for handling of Fuel, Lubricants and Gas etc.
- Mechanical maintenance experience of Valves, Pumps etc will be additive.
