Major functions and responsibilities.
- Managing end to end functioning of the organisation to achieve strategic goals
- Ability to Liaison with client in a managerial, legal and functional capacity
- Collaborate with CEO on five and ten year plans for corporate growth and evolution
- Help in budgeting and resource allocation efforts
- Measures effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally and finds ways to improve processes
- Develops and implements growth strategies
- Acts as a liaison between company and client for quality assurance
- Provides mentoring to all employees, including management
- Motivates staff to meet goals
- Manage service employees and train them in the latest leadership and technical skills so they can better serve clients
- Ensure all programs initiatives align with the company’s core values and culture
Must Have Skills
- Over 10 years of experience, preferably in Telecom Related positions
- Minimum 3 years experience in managing an independent portfolio of services [Preferably C level or directorial position]
- MBA/BBA or equivalent degree for HEC recognised national or international university
- Excellent Team and Project Management Skills
- Exceptional writing, oral and client-facing communication skills
- Budgeting & growth-focused mindset
