The candidate will be responsible for handling and executing civil works in accordance with Client Specifications, conducting field surveys and managing civil team.
The Site Supervisor’s prime responsibility is to act and function as a bridge between the contractor and the client to ensure timely completion of construction works.
This may include coordinating and communicating with contractors, sub-contractors suppliers, vendors, government agencies, processing approvals, reporting progress and monitoring quality of work progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning schedules, Drawings, Estimates, Coordination with Client & Teams.
- On Site execution responsibilities, Report writing including work progress report on agreed periodical basis.
- Identification & Estimation of additional works before execution according to drawing & variations.
- Support to team, can play vital role, teamplayer.
