Associated Technologies Private Limited (ATL), Lahore, is seeking a dedicated Civil Supervisor with substantial hands-on experience in managing and overseeing civil construction activities across multiple project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all civil works are executed in line with approved drawings, project specifications, and engineering standards. The role demands a proactive professional who can independently monitor field operations while enforcing strict compliance with quality control and safety protocols. This position requires frequent travel to various sites, providing the opportunity to work closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Associate Engineering (Civil) or a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and has at least 3 to 5 years of relevant site experience. Strong knowledge of construction processes, detailed drawings, and quality management procedures is essential. In addition to technical competencies, the candidate must demonstrate excellent communication and coordination skills to efficiently liaise among project teams and administrative departments. Although this role does not involve direct team management, the Civil Supervisor is pivotal in maintaining project timelines through effective site supervision and vendor coordination. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage all civil construction activities as per approved drawings and project specifications
Ensure strict quality control and compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations
Monitor site progress and maintain daily progress reports, site diaries, and documentation
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely material delivery and site requirements
Liaise with head office and project teams for approvals and issue resolution
Conduct regular site inspections and implement corrective actions where required
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards at all construction sites
Travel to multiple project sites for supervision and monitoring
Verify completion of civil works, including concrete, masonry, and structural works
Coordinate with procurement and administrative teams for smooth site operations
Requirements
DAE (Civil) or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (Preferred)
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant site experience
Strong knowledge of construction processes, drawings, and quality control
Ability to manage site work independently
Good communication and coordination skills
Willingness to travel for multiple project sites
