- Overall management of Telecom towers complete sites Civil maintenance, Telecom Power equipment maintenance and its power availability through the Field / Regional & NOC teams.
- Diversified ability of working in Matrix Management.
- Expertise in provisioning of Power Availability on sites and its successful Recon with Tenants/Customers.
- Expert in maintaining Operational sites Quality, having knowledge of copping up with technical Internal Audits, to attain error free sites with healthy equipment.
- Portal Updating expert with proper control over teams updating the Fuel, CP, Site Trackers etc. on portals in addition to reports generation from portal.
- Resource Optimization and hence Opex optimization expertise.
- Expertise of Energy management with complete knowledge of Fuel planning /usage, Solar, CP, Lithium-ion batteries hybrid/ joint working, prioritizing and benchmarking.
- Power Equipment HW/SW calculations Expertise in Solar, Rectifier, DG, ATS, Batteries etc. with knowledge of configuring/Diagnosing and timely fault rectification of power equipment issues.
- Eagle eye on sites Tenants loads pre-requisites / Overloads and its follow ups.
- Asset control management.
- CRM expert with influence& expertise in Telecom issues resolutions.
- COLO integration processes/pre-requisites and its solutions knowledge
- Monitoring & control of energy consumption of BTS sites.
- Sites Security Management compliance as per SOPs.
- Management of (Power, DG OH, CP, Refueling, Installation), power consumption, bill payments and penalties.
- Strong follow up on all SOPs of new sites build outs, Its ATP , Network operations, implementations and monitoring ,power KPIs, RCA reports generation and achieving Agreed SLAs .
- Full Knowledge and experience of PM/CM/QM and QA.
- Experience & Technical knowledge of all conventional & Major power resources being used in telecom e,g wapda/Gensets & renewable energy like solar energy /wind energy solutions etc.
- Excellent Decision making , CRM, Communication, Self-management, Project & team Management, team Building,Risk identification& Risk Management.
- Expert in MS office tools ,excellent in Excel/PPTs/Visio
