- Monitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network-related issues
- Coordinate with field and technical teams for issue resolution
- Maintain and update network monitoring systems and logs
- Escalate critical issues to relevant departments when required
- Prepare daily reports and maintain proper documentation
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and standards
- Support telecom infrastructure and network operations activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecom, Computer Science, or relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant NOC / telecom experience
- Good understanding of network monitoring and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with telecom infrastructure and operations
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts if required
