Business Development Executive

We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and a passion for achieving targets through strategic planning and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients and generate new business leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and follow up on leads to close deals.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, technical) to develop customized solutions.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM tools.
Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to represent the company.
