  • Aligning And Working With The Technical Team To Build Your Product Knowledge To Ensure You Can Confidently Impart Sound Knowledge And Advice Onto Prospective Clients And Learn How It Helps A Business Become More Successful.
  • Understand And Effectively Communicate Astera’s Value Proposition. - Understand Astera’s Sales Cycle And Process From Prospecting To Closing.
  • Understand Sales Targets Which Includes Talk-Time/Dial, Revenue And Pipeline Building.
  • Learning And Using Various Platforms To Develop A Healthy Sales Pipeline Based On Given Buyer Persona, Industry And Region. - Identify And Establish Connections With New Prospects.
  • Discovering New Leads Through Internet Research, Outbound Calls, Emails, and Social Media.
  • Prospect For New Business With In A Defined Account Base Or Geography.
  • Follow Up On Sales Leads Generated By Astera’s Marketing Initiatives.
  • Analyzing Leads From Existing Database To Identify Potential Prospect.
  • Qualify And Further Generate Warm Leads By Performing Custom, End-User Requirements Analyses.
  • Ensure Strong Follow-Ups As Needed With New And Existing Leads.
  • Foster Strong Relationships With Prospects And Customers.
  • Collaborate With Technical And Presales Teams To Identify How We Can Help Customers Meet Their Data Challenges.
  • Recording Sales Activities Regularly In CRM System To Track Interactions With Prospects And Customers.
  • Maintaining And Accurately Updating The Missing Information In CRM.
  • Encouraging Client Feedback To Determine Marketing And Product Development Strategies.


  • Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail
  • Recent Graduates In An Analytical Discipline Such As Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Finance, And Etc.
  • Ability To Work In Teams And Independently
  • Strong Presentation, Communication, Organisation, Multitasking, And Time Management Skills
  • A Self-Driving Attitude To Take On New Projects And Experiment With New Things
  • Entrepreneurial Drive And A “Getting Things Done” Attitude To Achieve Goals In A Fast-Paced Environment.
