What You’ll Do 

·         Collating, preparing, studying and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements

·         Undertaking strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning

·         Keeping accurate records of all daily transactions

·         Producing long-term business plans

·         Controlling income, cash flow, and expenditure

·         Managing budgets and providing inputs when a senior official of company plans budget

·         Assist senior officials of the company in making financial decisions

·         Developing and managing financial system/models

·         Preparing financial statements (Balance sheet, profit and loss account, cash flow, statement of changes in equity and notes to the financial statement)

·         Processing invoices

·         Recording of account payable and account receivables

·         Update company senior officials with the financial information

·         Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial and management reports

·         Prepare, review and update financial policy and procedures for improvement of process

·         Share financial reports with senior company officials

·         Coordinate with the company legal advisors

·         Performing variance analysis on major expenses

·         Reconcile bank statements

·         Participate in financial audits

·         Track bank deposits and Payments

·         Managing payroll cycles

·         Managing funds of the company and investments

·         Manage company working capital

·         Management of fixed assets of the company

·         Prepare bank and other reconciliations

·         Filling of monthly withholding income tax returns

·         Filling of monthly withholding sales tax returns and quarterly sales tax returns

·         Preparing payment checks for expenses incurred

·         Prepare, maintain, review and update all company documents

Skill Set Required 

·         ACCA / ICMA / CA Inter with (articles completed) / BBA/MBA in finance from a reputable institute or B. Com with at least two-years of experience working with a reputable company 

·         Strong communication and organization skill and command of English Language

·         Ability to work independently, as well as in a team

·         Ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions

·         Ability to learn and adopt new technologies

·         Ability to self-motivate in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

·         Excel Guru, along with an innate love  for financial management with unbeatable analytical skills

·         Familiarity with local laws and regulations relating to company and income tax

·         Basic understanding and knowledge of IFRS

·         First-hand experience of using Quick books, or any other analytics tool

·         Experience with analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau would be a PLUS!
