As a Business Development Representative at A&T Nexus, you will take ownership of identifying and pursuing new business prospects, ensuring consistent follow-up, and achieving monthly sales and lead generation targets. Your responsibilities include crafting well-structured proposals, maintaining detailed records, and acting as a proactive point of contact for prospective clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align client needs with the best technological solutions, supporting SMEs and startups in their digital transformation journeys. This position demands strong negotiation skills, a goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to communicate fluently in English. You will also lead and mentor a team of two, ensuring effective collaboration and optimal performance in meeting the company's business development objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential projects on online freelance marketplaces, focusing on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer.
  • Prepare, write, and submit detailed and compelling proposals tailored to client needs and company capabilities.
  • Generate and qualify leads, converting them into active client engagements and long-term business relationships.
  • Maintain consistent and professional communication with prospective clients, providing timely responses and follow-up.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of A&T Nexuss product and service offerings, including AI/ML, web and mobile applications, cloud solutions, CRM solutions, and digital marketing services.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as development, marketing, and project management to ensure proposals and client expectations align with company capabilities.
  • Keep comprehensive records of leads, proposals, client interactions, and sales conversions to provide accurate reporting and performance analysis.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales and lead generation targets through a disciplined and methodical business development approach.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of two persons, providing guidance and support to maximize team productivity and success.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and refine business development strategies.
  • Develop negotiation strategies and close deals while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and client satisfaction.
  • Assist in the improvement of business development processes by providing feedback and suggestions based on client interactions and market insights.
